Vamsi Kumar Kotla

Chief Executive Officer

With degrees in Computer Science from USC and an MBA from Loyola Marymount, he built and scaled ventures in medical tourism, e-commerce, and residential development. He entered the U.S. construction industry in 2003, later serving as VP of Operations at K&S Construction Group while leading multiple startups. His background spans tech, operations, and real estate.


  • Ryan Blowers

    Chief Technology Officer

    Over 24 years of experience across aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing, with a background in the U.S. Navy and roles at SpaceX, Hermeus, and the Department of Defense. Specialized in propulsion, composites, tooling, prototyping, and thermal protection. Holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry-Riddle.

  • Partha Dutta, Ph.D, D.Sc. (Hon.)

    Chief Scientist

    Over 30 years of experience in semiconductor technologies, with a background spanning academia, entrepreneurship, and advanced manufacturing. Co-founded multiple technology ventures, led commercialization efforts from lab to market, and currently oversees NASA’s in-space crystal growth manufacturing at United Semiconductors. Previously served as a professor at RPI for 22 years, authoring over 150 research papers and holding 21 U.S. patents.

  • John Spencer

    Chief Designer

    A pioneer in outer space architecture since the 1970s, with two NASA awards for interior design contributions to the International Space Station. Founder of the Space Tourism Society and a leading voice in the commercial space industry, with over $340 million invested in his space-themed ventures to date. Known for blending real-world aerospace design with entertainment, including work on films, games, and a proposed $2 billion Mars World resort in Orlando.

  • Casey Wright

    Material Science Advisor

    A manufacturing leader with a track record of innovation across the wind energy and aerospace industries, including at SpaceX. Played a key role in developing SpaceX’s first internally designed computer chip for Starlink satellites and led the transition from startup to full production—now exceeding 2,000 chips per week in Hawthorne, California.

    Vice President, Business Development

    A seasoned executive and UC Berkeley-trained chemical engineer, he has led publicly traded companies across the U.S. and Asia with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Backed by an extensive global network, he brings deep expertise in manufacturing, strategic partnerships, and cross-border finance.

  • Susie Y. Wong

    Vice President Policy, Environment and Social Initiatives

    Leads ReMo’s policy advocacy and public engagement strategy, helping to articulate policy objectives and support the development of much-needed housing in low-income, disadvantaged, and disaster-prone communities. Previously appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to key roles across finance, investment, and environmental sectors. Also served as executive speechwriter for former CA Treasurer John Chiang. Earlier in her career, worked as a TV, radio, and newspaper reporter, and was recognized by the state for her leadership in award-winning statewide public information campaigns.

  • Varma Namburi, Associate AIA

    Product and Sustainability

    A veteran-trained architect and award-winning lighting practitioner with over 25 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in both architectural design and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineering. Holding an MBS from USC and an MBA in Sustainability from Cal State Long Beach, he has led award-winning lighting design projects that blend technical precision with creative vision.

  • Marques Randolph

    Director of Community Partnerships

    Brings a background in nonprofit leadership, civic engagement, and housing equity, with prior roles supporting sustainable development across Los Angeles. Leads ReMo’s public engagement strategy, including factory tours, outreach campaigns, and coordination with local planning groups. Ensures community feedback directly informs the company’s approach to affordable, resilient, zero-carbon housing.


  • Colby Swanson

    Offsite Construction Industry Advisor

    A serial entrepreneur and construction innovation strategist with 23 years of experience spanning the entire real estate ecosystem—developers, builders, material suppliers, prefab manufacturers, investors, and public agencies. From hands-on beginnings framing homes in high school to leading class-action building failure forensics and later advising on corporate strategy, the journey has been grounded in deep industry insight. Recent work centers on expanding the industrialized construction ecosystem by helping startups, corporations, and government entities optimize for prefabrication. Holds a degree in Biochemistry from Arizona State University.
