Vamsi Kumar Kotla
Co-founder · Chief Executive Officer
With degrees in Computer Science from USC and an MBA from Loyola Marymount, Vamsi built and scaled ventures in medical tourism, e-commerce, and residential development. He entered the U.S. construction industry in 2003, later serving as Vice President of Operations at K&S Construction Group while leading multiple startups. His background connects technology, operations, real estate, and construction.

Ryan Blowers
Co-founder · Chief Technology Officer
Ryan brings more than 24 years of experience across aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing, including service in the U.S. Navy and roles at SpaceX, Hermeus, and the Department of Defense. His work spans propulsion, composites, tooling, prototyping, and thermal protection. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry-Riddle.

John Spencer
Aerospace Industry Advisor
A pioneer in outer-space architecture since the 1970s, with two NASA awards for interior-design contributions to the International Space Station. Founder of the Space Tourism Society and a leading voice in commercial space.
Casey Wright
Material Science Advisor
A manufacturing innovator who has invented and advanced production processes across wind energy, rockets, and spacecraft, with a focus on turning new technologies into scalable manufacturing systems.
Varma Namburi, Associate AIA
Product and Sustainability
A veteran-trained architect and award-winning lighting practitioner with more than 25 years of experience across architecture and MEP engineering. Holds an MBS from USC and an MBA in Sustainability from Cal State Long Beach.
Colby Swanson
Offsite Construction Industry Advisor
A construction-innovation strategist with 23 years of experience spanning development, building, materials, prefab manufacturing, investment, and public agencies. His recent work focuses on expanding the industrialized-construction ecosystem.
Alexandra “Alex” Ferrarese
Chief of Staff
Works across strategy, operations, and executive coordination. Her background in corporate communications and marketing has helped shape ReMo’s brand, public presence, and stakeholder engagement from its earliest stages.
