California statewide preapproval
The first modular home in the catalog.
SupReMo became the first modular home to receive statewide preapproval in California and the first prefabricated plan included in Los Angeles County’s Standard Plan Catalog for wildfire rebuilds. The milestone demonstrates that a factory-built home can clear California’s rigorous technical review while creating a more direct path through plan approval.

HUD Innovative Housing Showcase
ReMo presented a full-scale housing prototype on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., placing its approach before policymakers, industry leaders, and the public at HUD and NAHB’s national housing innovation showcase.
HUD showcase$3 million CEC EPIC award
The California Energy Commission awarded ReMo approximately $3 million to advance zero-carbon modular housing technologies, supporting work across energy integration, resilience, advanced building systems, and commercialization.
